Sup my fellow end hunger gang! I got some bad news, my journey has come to and end and I will no longer be posting anymore. over this journey my partner and I started a food drive and donated it to Backpacks for Kids, put out some poster around our school letting other students and teachers be aware of this problem and game them a list so that they could help. I hope and encourage you to carry on my journey of helping other who need in your community or in a different part of the world, it may be hard but i believe in you.

Final Blog Post Hey everyone! Sadly this is the last time I will be posting. We have accomplished a lot. We did a food fundraiser and we got quite a bit of food. We were going to donate to Backpacks for Kids but they were closed for the summer so we were not able to give it to them. We gave the donations to Dollar General instead because they were doing a food drive. It was an amazing experience to do this and it would be fun to do something like this in the future. I encourage all of you to try something like this it really was a great experience.
-Ally So Hey guys it has been a minute or two and a lot has happened,
we have started the process of collecting food and put up posters. this is going on for two week and after that we are going to give the food donated to Lake City CRC for backpack for kids - Brooke VH Our project is going very well! It's been hard with all the school work and after school activities to work on our project outside of the class. We are collecting food next week for the Backpacks for Kids program and donating the food to them. We are going to serve at the Backpacks for Kids program soon so stay tuned! -Ally
What is up my dudes
Hi my name is Brooke and I am 16, I live in Michigan and for my 20 time project I chose to do hunger in Northen Michigain, to help get food to those in need. I chose hunger because where I live there are many people in my town that struggle to get enough food. I wanted to help because I felt called to do this and I wanted to help people in my town and make a difference. This was one that stood out to me because when you usually hear about hunger you think about other countries in need of food instead of where you live. just knowing that I am making a difference even if it is a little one, it that I am knowing that people will get the food they need and not starve. Hey blog!
